I will post a video every week. There will be special additional videos added throughout the week.

Video: In this video, I’m going to tell you how to lower blood pressure quickly and naturally. Whether you have high blood pressure or not, the tips in this video can help you, are simple and natural. The tips I’m about to tell you can help lower your blood pressure quickly including a smoothie you’ve probably never heard of before. The first tip is drinking a glass of beetroot juice daily. In a recent study, and I’ve included links to all the studies down below, 27 people were given a glass of beetroot juice and their blood pressure was monitored for the next 24 hours. They saw an 11 point drop in their systolic pressure which was more pronounced 3 to 6 hours after drinking it but was still significantly lower 24 hours later. You may want to consider drinking hibiscus tea instead. Participants in a study who drank the tea showed an immediate reduction in bp within the 1st week. It decreased systolic bp by 7 points and diastolic by 3 points. Another great way to instantly lower blood pressure is with a very simple and easy breathing exercise. My favorite breathing exercise begins by sitting upright in a chair, similar to how you would taking your BP. Slowly and deeply inhale through your nose for a count of 4 and then slowly...
